Grounded
When we are grounded, we feel āat homeā. In this wonderful meditation, Lauren has us do a grounding exercise to do that incorporates our entire Being; our body, mind and spirit.
Becoming still, I became aware of my body. I activated the left side of my brain and became aware of the right side of my body, from my fingers, to my face and head, and down to my toes. Then, I activated the right side of my brain and became aware of the left side of my body, feeling my fingers, my face and my head, and all the way down to my toes. Next, I activated and became aware of my brain as a whole, feeling any sensations that arose. Finally, I became visualized a line from the middle of my brain down to my root. With each new breath I took, I began feeling a sense of aliveness growing from deep within my spirit.
After listening, my mind is calm, clear and my energy has been recharged! I am now ready for anything that comes my way! Thank you, Lauren! Namaste šš»ā¤ļøā®ļø
