What a way to start the day!
I love this one! Never get tired of practicing with Lauren. Even tho short by meditation practice standards, this one takes me in immediately and I'm sorry when we're done! Happy Grounded Morning!
Good Morning!
I continue to come back to this meditation 🧘‍♂️ morning after morning. I have learned to appreciate the serene tranquility that I receive from waking up a couple of hours before the sun☀️ rises. It has become my favorite time of the day. I get to spend quality time alone with myself; whether reflecting on my past, nurturing my spirit & my soul, and/or designing my day to achieve my goals. By the time the sun is starting to peek above the horizon with its bright & beautiful morning light, I have indeed become grounded in my morning. This has taught me to enjoy each & every moment in the present, because there is no certainty I will have another moment after this one.
Grounded is an understatement.
This meditation made me feel so centered and so calm, that by the end, I began to feel like I could feel tingles in my limbs as I drew attention to them. When I opened my eyes, I felt so relaxed; everything felt so still. I couldn’t even deny the small smile of appreciation for this practice opening me up to a deeper sense of tranquility and awareness. I think I’ll add this to my morning meditation routine.💛☀️
“Ground control to Major...”
They had started the day at 4:30AM in France Hadn’t missed a connection She had been texting me at each milestone In the Paris Airport she sent a photo of a $75,000.00 Rolex in a shop window I thought about what my grandfather always said, “Something is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it.” In Atlanta, with only one more short flight to go, they encountered a mechanical delay turned out the pilot’s seat had a broken spring and had to be replaced “What are the odds?”, I smiled to myself, imagining a rotund aviator with four gold bars sewn on each of the shoulders of his starched white shirt attempting to squeeze his immensity into the confined space of the cockpit and then finally plopping down with a “BOING!”... I pulled into the airport parking lot around 9:00pm and let out a sigh of relief as I caught sight of them walking up from the gate, past the security stations and into my arms. By the time we pulled in the driveway it was almost eleven, which felt like 5:00AM to my travel-weary girls. “Home, Home, where I wanted to go” - C.P.
The best meditation that i had so far!!
I’ve tried 2 meditations before this one and still didn’t feel like i got what i need to start my day. This one is perfect!
Grounded morning
I listened to this because of the comments from another community member and I’m so glad I did. This is now one of my favorite meditations! I could really feel a difference in my body as she guided my attention from one area to another. I’ve never felt much of a connection to my body before, so this was a positive experience. Comments really make a difference!

Completely effective!
I didn’t realize this meditation would be a seven minute long body scan and I am so grateful that it was. I am just now getting started with my day bc I needed to get some extra zzz’s. This is a wonderful body scan it is so completely effective in relaxing if you don’t let your mind wander. Just what I needed to begin my day. Thanks, Lauren🙏
Grounded morning
This practice really helped me stay focused. No breath work. Just working on noticing each side of your body separately. For some reason this really grabbed my attention and I was able to really focus. Great start to my day. Thanks Lauren.

In this meditation, you feel your body from the inside out. Your mind is focused and calm. This meditation is a wonderful way to begin your day!
Dropping Down
Starting the morning by dropping down into my own body and feeling every aspect of it is extremely grounding. It’s comforting and allows one to find their place in the world physically.
Brain scan
I’ve never focused on my brain before yet it is so important. I loved the part where you move your attention from the left side to the right side. Good meditation.
Right and left
I’ve never focused on my right and left brain related to the opposite parts of by body. It felt like a deep and true connection.
Nice meditation
I found it surprisingly easy and focusing at the same time.

This morning I immediately jumped into starting my to do list instead of my usual morning ritual of enjoying coffee and Aura. This left me feeling a little anxious. After listening to Lauren’s soothing voice as she has you exploring each side of your body left me feeling calm and centered.

I didn’t expect to find feelings there
Going through the right side I was really surprised to find what came to the forefront of my mind was the loss of an old friend, and the resentments about feeling disappointed and abandoned. Thankful for the grounding words here because I think it was helpful to reground, process and try to sit with but also let go of those hot feelings. The balance on the left side helped a lot. Definitely going to do this practice again.
This is a fantastic way to start the day! I love Lauren’s guided meditations.
I love this meditation. I’m on a bus with a high school group and they’re chattering away and I still was able to stay with it and feel the grounding. Thank you Lauren for this wonderful session!

Great way to start the day. Scanning one side of the body at a time and tying it to the appropriate side of the brain made me aware of both my Body & my Brain. Tying both sides together made me aware of my Mind & my Spirit. I feel complete and ready to live a most productive & fun day! Thanks Lauren! ❤️🙏🍀
New Morning Routine
Great way to start the day! I feel alert and awake and happy. It is simple, but effective. A new favorite!!
When we are grounded, we feel “at home”. In this wonderful meditation, Lauren has us do a grounding exercise to do that incorporates our entire Being; our body, mind and spirit. Becoming still, I became aware of my body. I activated the left side of my brain and became aware of the right side of my body, from my fingers, to my face and head, and down to my toes. Then, I activated the right side of my brain and became aware of the left side of my body, feeling my fingers, my face and my head, and all the way down to my toes. Next, I activated and became aware of my brain as a whole, feeling any sensations that arose. Finally, I became visualized a line from the middle of my brain down to my root. With each new breath I took, I began feeling a sense of aliveness growing from deep within my spirit. After listening, my mind is calm, clear and my energy has been recharged! I am now ready for anything that comes my way! Thank you, Lauren! Namaste 🙏🏻❤️☮️
Body Scan
Scanning one side of the body at a time and tying it to the appropriate part of the brain was an interesting experience. I felt more of a connection on my right side than left side. Great meditation to begin start the day with. I am ready to get my day started. Let’s make it a great day!

I am so refreshed after this meditation. Even though I do it first thing in the morning, I feel so bright, relaxed, and ready for my day. I love this meditation.
Great morning grounding body scan. I liked doing the sides separate. I feel very grounded and ready to start my day.
Im dealing with alot right now and being able to focus on myself and on grounding myself was a welcomed distraction. I feel calm, relaxed, and ready for a productive day.
Feeling distracted.
Today, I’m feeling a bit pulled in too many directions and wanted to get focused bring my attention back to watch important. I know I have many priorities that have to be completed and being focused and centered helps me release the overwhelm
Birthday time of year...
that means stress to feel good in my body as per usual, I don’t. Feb is a dark, cold fat month. So I will begin to let the control to feel better at a certain weight/size. And it just happens on its own. It’s kinda funny.
I noticed that I feel a lot better released negative energy that no longer serves me any purpose.
Needed this meditation today
Some days we are just more attuned to receive. Today I was very attuned to this meditation and could clearly visualize the body scan. I feel more grounded and aware of my body.
