This morning meditation will guide you to grieve with the earth as your heart feels all that is happening in the world right now. So settle in, and let your body begin to arrive. Feel the ground beneath you. Let your hands rest gently. Let your belly soften. Let your jaw release and now take a long, slow breath in and a full breath out. Again, slower this time. Breathing in, and breathing out. Feel yourself drop… Just a little more into this moment.
