This morning meditation will help you shift your focus to your breath and find that gentle rhythm as you imagine standing in a forest taking notice of all the green that surrounds you. Settle yourself, find a comfortable place, to just be, to just relax. Now, shift your focus to your breath, breathing in, slowly and deeply, until your breath forms a gentle rhythm. Now, imagine, if you can, standing in a forest during midday, with sunlight streaming through the treetops.
