Attitude of Gratitude
Engaging in an attitude of gratitude does two things: realization of the abundance we have already been given and from this place of abundance, openness to receive even more blessings. In this wonderful meditation, Irene gives us gratitude affirmations. Sitting underneath a tree in my backyard, I dropped into my body and sensed this breath flowing in and out. As I listened to Irene’s gratitude affirmations, my heart sung a beautiful melody that only gratitude can provide. Feeling lightness in my heart, mind and body, I am walking on sunshine! I Am Abundance, itself! It is a good day to have a Great day! Namaste 🙏🏻❤️☮️
