I want to do a gratitude meditation every morning. I have much to be thankful for and it is a great way to start.
Great morning meditation to start my day with a grateful heart. Remembering to be grateful for my life today just as it is. Thankful for all those people in my own little universe and the parts they play in life.
Gratitude is so important. I like the simplicity of this meditation.
An attitude of gratitude
This is so important. No matter what is going on in our lives, there is always something we can be grateful for. To realize that and to focus on these positive things can make all the difference as we go through life. I wish this for all my Aura friends as we move into the Christmas season. Hard to hear
It was a harder session to hear and understand.
