Gratitude today I am grateful for
At the beginning of this practice, when I was asked to be aware of sensations my body, I could feel myself breathing. I also noticed an itching sensation on the left side of my scalp. For some unknown reason I found it easier then I normally do when meditating to be aware oh my thoughts. I also found it easier than I usually do to let go of my thoughts without judgment or self Analysis. As the practice progressed, I experienced this sensation of gratitude as a warning around my heart, as the Life coach suggested. This sensation of gratitude also manifested itself as a bright light in my heart space. I also found thinking about things for which I am grateful, caused my body to completely relax. I had a muscle pain before doing this meditation. Practicing gratitude caused it to invade somewhat.
Today I am grateful for my brother and sister, as well as the fact that I am a triplet . This has allowed me to share my birthday, most of my school experience , growing up, and learning the lessons of life with them in a unique way. I am very close to my siblings, and I could not think of two people with whom I would rather share these experiences. I am grateful for my mom and dad who have supported my dreams no matter the circumstances come and you continue to push me to be the best version of myself. I am grateful for the 25 years I had with my maternal grandparents, and the fact that my dad‘s mother is 90 years old and acts like she’s 21. I am grateful for all five of my senses. I am grateful to be alive in general in general and in this particular moment. I am grateful do you have a warm bed, clean clothes, good food , And access to indoor plumbing. I am grateful for the ability to breathe. I am grateful for my health physical and mental. I am grateful for my body in the unique perspective it has offered to me over the course of my life. I am grateful for the home in which I live. I am grateful for all the good in my life. I am grateful for those who work for this App for putting this track together. I am grateful that this meditation has reminded me of the importance over appreciating The many positive aspects of my life. I am grateful that it has encouraged me to be aware of the physical and mental sensations gratitude practice produces in my body.I am grateful for the beauty on this app for taking the time to read this post.
