I am grateful
I am grateful for my coach Hannah for all the suggestions she sends me on different tracks. Sometimes, I probably wouldn’t have chosen them, sometimes I think I wouldn’t have found them, and sometimes they are exactly the topic I was thinking of!
I really enjoyed this meditation. I like your style and sweet voice. I liked the belly breathing, and the affirmations. There was so much packed into this that it was over before I realized! What a nice session for Thanksgiving evening. ♥️
