Gratitude is everything
I learned that there is so much I can be thankful for: from my bed, to my teachers. This feeling I have right now, is immensely powerful and beautiful; it will lead me throughout my day, and I will remember to carry this feeling for the next day, and the next. Thank you 🙏🏼

Giving thanks
I take so much for granted. Thank you for the reminder that I should be grateful to belongings as much as people. It is hard work that allows me to have nice things. Someone made the object and I’m grateful for all that goes into the production and process.

Wow! I loved this meditation. I felt I went deeper and deeper with each silence, leaving room to think of everything I am grateful for. I really loved those parts. I had a hard day yesterday, and I have been reminded that I can have a hard day and still take time to thank the world around me for all it offers.
