Lovely. ๐Ÿ˜Š
I learned that I feel so grateful for my biological mechanism, my body. I learned how much I appreciated the beating of my heart and the breathing of my lungs. I learned to look at the miraculous nature of myself. ๐Ÿ˜Š Very clear and articulate speaking, perfect volume, soothing voice.

All that is good!
I learned that, even if I am dealing with a cold, which I have been for the last two weeks, that there is so much more going on with my body that is good than what is painful. This meditation was perfect timing!

My body....
Is an amazing thing that goes through the world with me each moment of everyday and as such, it should be taken care of. Be it the foods I put into it, the exercises I perform (and don't perform), the thought processes I put it through. I thank my body for being mine and for being so strong. I promise I will take better care of you.

Power of red rocks
Road trip! On the drive up here my body was tense and stressed. My mind was going down memory lane with very few positive memories coming up. Then I saw the red rocks. My body relaxed. My mind cleared. I was grateful. This is just what I needed.

Greatful for my body and its health.
We live in such a fast paced world, that we forget to take care of our bodies. We seldom take a moment to be grateful for its purpose. We only reflect when our bodies have broken down. It's important to take moments like these to reflect and be grateful for how our body's work each and every day.
