I wasn't a huge fan of todays meditation session. I was looking more for something that would connect me with what's going on around me. However it did leave me feeling very thankful, and today was a good day so no complaints here.

I was happy to get a meditation that reached out to me as an athlete. I spend a decent amount of time working my muscles and expect a lot from them. It was good to sit and take some time to appreciate them.

We often meditate to clear the mind and give thanks or bring clarity or stillness. However today's mediation bit y bit emphasizes the unsung hero in our body; our muscles which silently nut effectively keep us going not just throughout our day but our lifetimes. This meditation brought that awareness with a strong sense of gratitude for each muscle and the role it does.

I touched on this yesterday. Despite the pain in my extremities, and let's forgo my lack of fluid mobility...the ability to hug and just enjoy my loved ones isn't lacking one bit. God day everyone. Namaste ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿพ
