This guided meditation will help you give grace and space from all that is unsettled inside of you. Slow yourself down, and let your body melt. Follow your breath inside. Ease into comfort, and feel your breath flow. In and out. In and out. Lower your shoulders, relax your face, and feel your belly go soft. Feel your back melt, all the way down your spine, and feel your legs go heavy.
