Put away all devices and things away an hour before. Take a good bathing. Bring mindful awareness of any task (routine) with no judgement. Just notice.
Not quite there for me
This started out with a couple of tips on getting to sleep (put devices away an hour before bedtime, take a hot bath). Then it talked about alternatives if you don’t take a bath and sounded like a body scan meditation. Trying to do too much in 3 mins. ended up missing the mark for me.
I felt soothed by the rhythms of my own body working to keep me alive from the morning up until the end of the day. I learned to be more compassionate towards my body and felt calmer.
Mindful Moment
I like the suggestion of having mindful moments by being more aware of what we’re doing and focusing on that. Brushing our teeth. Taking off our clothes.
