In the middle of my session, my boyfriend gave me three kisses randomly. I couldn’t help but think it was symbolic of my three minute meditation and it was at the same time I had thought of him when I was told to think about something or someone I appreciate in my life. This type of thing really makes you realize the things you take for granted. It made the love I received all the more meaningful and heartwarming when I actually paid attention to it.

I could’ve rattled off 20 things or people. Thank you for reminding me how simple it is. I practice gratitude in the morning usually expanding upon one thing I am grateful for. That’s what i teach in one of my sessions as well because it helped me in a big way. But this was much different, also great, and perfect for bed time.

I’m always thankful for my husband, children, lily, sister etc. I know about health, security, but I think I overlook how really lucky I am. I live in a beautiful environment, have time to enjoy my life and have less struggles than quite a few others. After a hard day’s work, it’s so easy to just give in to the warmth and comfort of being at home and in your bed. But I was surprised that it’s much more relaxing and feel-good to look back to what happened today and be grateful for all the good things that had happened no matter how big or small. I learned that being grateful is actually really useful as it helps me to be more mindful in my everyday life. The only negative thing I would say is that she goes through the points too quickly, so I didn’t really have the time to be fully grateful at each point but other than that great ! Highly recommend after having practiced gratefulness for a while so that you have a clear idea of what your ten points are.

Taking deep breaths is a very easy calming relaxation habit and taking three minutes of your day/night to clear your mind and take deep breaths is a great way to fall asleep or even just calm yourself down

It’s such a good practice to bring to mind those things - people, pets, places, jobs, etc. - we are grateful to have in our lives. Sometimes we really have to dig down hard to find them; other times they are right there. It’s something some friends of mine do every day, and I am going to try to adopt their practice. And it doesn’t have to be just at the end of the day - it can be at any time, when gratitude strikes you - although at the end of the day it’s nice to be able to pull it all together. I’d also like to see if there’s a morning gratitude meditation ... I’ll look next time I’m “exploring”. 🙂

A girl was rather rude to me today and I could not stop obsessing over that one situation and let it ruin my whole day. This exercise really took me aback because I hadn’t even processed and acknowledged the good things that day, and now I actually feel so much better about today. On one of my troubling days finding sleep illusive, I am going to shift focus on my abundances. From my source of love and joy I find I am grateful for: •Being strong in my new marriage of two weeks. Gratitude for the Overlooked Things
I learned that I should be more clear when I speak of what I am grateful for, when speaking to my Father, in Heaven. Often times, I speed through prayer... always rushing off somewhere. But I learned that all it takes is three minutes for me to find and focus on something NEW to express gratitude for, each day. Today, I chose my eyesight. I’m grateful to be able to gaze upon the faces of my loved ones, with out glasses. That, in itself, is a blessing... considering that most of my family wears them. Lol! But yes, my senses are blessing—taste, sight, hearing, feeling/touching, hearing— these are ALL blessing that I, like most, have taken for granted. However, I am grateful to have come to this acknowledgment and that I have the space to speak it, meditate on it, and to thank God for it, with CLEAR THOUGHTS, and NOT hastily, for a change. Thank You, Jehovah, for my sight, my hearing, my mind, my tastebuds, my ability to feel and touch things, and all the other natural functions of the body you’ve gifted to me. I felt really calm after I did this meditation. It also gave me a happy feeling when thinking about my gratitude...
This was probably one of the best meditations I have ever practiced in this app.

I noticed that it was helpful to remind myself of the good things that I’m grateful for. It was a nice relaxing day today, yet I was also productive in getting my laundry finished. God is so good that He gave me the moment outside when I saw the clouds part and Orion appeared. It’s my favorite constellation, & it reminded me of my sweet daughter Olivia and what a blessing she is, and it also reminded me that God is sovereign and He’s SO MUCH bigger than any of the problems I’m experiencing here on this earth. I prayed that He would help me see His “big picture” rather than being so focused on my current situation. He holds everything in His hands and He’s taking care of me! I was very grateful for that reminder.

Forgetful
I learned that I beg so bogged down with the bad stuff and negativity, both mine and other’s, that I forget to be thankful. Cipero and Mom remarked, “Where there is life, there is hope.” I agree. Whether we are just grateful for lungs that breathe or a heart that beats or food and drink or clothing to wear, there is always something to be thankful for.

I felt positive after this meditation.
I love thinking of things in categories. It directed me to really consider the things I don’t think about sometimes and how happy I am to have them in my life. Simple pleasures or major blessings like my children that aren’t momentous daily changes in luck or benefit but that are always blessings.
