In the middle of my session, my boyfriend gave me three kisses randomly. I couldn’t help but think it was symbolic of my three minute meditation and it was at the same time I had thought of him when I was told to think about something or someone I appreciate in my life. This type of thing really makes you realize the things you take for granted. It made the love I received all the more meaningful and heartwarming when I actually paid attention to it.
