Savor the Moment
In this meditation, Jiva has us relax our minds from ‘doing’ mode to ‘just being’ mode by using our breath as our anchor. It is a wonderful meditation to begin our day with!
Beginning to focus my attention on my breath, I was able to be in the present moment. Each time my mind began to wander, I would bring it back to my breath. It is such a soothing feeling...just being with my breath.
I began to think about a couple of things I am looking forward to today and I began to smile. By looking forward to these things, I had a glow of light and excitement grow inside of my body. I will savor these moments today!
Returning my attention back to my breath, I was back in the Now with a great attitude along with a zest for all of the moments that I am given in this day! Thank you, Jiva for reminding me to savor the moment! Namaste ❤️☮️🙏🏻😊
