Small things matter
It was refreshing to acknowledge the things I looked forward to seeing or doing throughout my day, instead of worrying about the things I have to do. Smiling was strange when my eyes were closed but it did lift up my mood a little. Look forward to your day, look for the little things that make you smile or happy: a cup of tea, a loved one, a tv show or even just a good book.

Looking forward...
Thinking about a positive future event or meeting with a fun person can bring a smile to my face and a great sense of positivity & heightened expectation!! It will be easier to get thru my busy day with enjoyment as I am working for that fun time at the end. What a huge difference than dwelling on all the work I need to do & all the appointments I have to go on. Again it’s just about having the right Positive mindset we call Mind-fullness! Thanks Aura & Jiva!! You made my day better already!!

We must take joy in small and large pleasures of our day. Instead of thinking: Oh no, it’s Monday. My weekend is over. Think about things that you are looking forward to in the day and celebrating them instead.

I feel ok about this session, I liked the background noises I chose & I liked what she had to say but I have to say her voice is annoying, her tone is just not what I want to hear when I am trying to meditate, it was a little hard to focus.

It just made me remember all the stuff that I'm grateful for and was looking forward for but they were all blinded by the other things that were gonna come my way that stressed me out .. Although we know that focusing on our breath is the centering core of mindfulness, sometimes that is easier said than done on days when our mind is racing. On those days we need a practice of simplicity or a little bit of help. This morning the phrase “letting go of the to-do mind “ was the phrase I needed to give me a few moments of quiet peace, before racing to tackle my to-do list! 🙏😳🤪

Savor the Moment
In this meditation, Jiva has us relax our minds from ‘doing’ mode to ‘just being’ mode by using our breath as our anchor. It is a wonderful meditation to begin our day with! Beginning to focus my attention on my breath, I was able to be in the present moment. Each time my mind began to wander, I would bring it back to my breath. It is such a soothing feeling...just being with my breath. I began to think about a couple of things I am looking forward to today and I began to smile. By looking forward to these things, I had a glow of light and excitement grow inside of my body. I will savor these moments today! Returning my attention back to my breath, I was back in the Now with a great attitude along with a zest for all of the moments that I am given in this day! Thank you, Jiva for reminding me to savor the moment! Namaste ❤️☮️🙏🏻😊

Morning Thoughts
In this meditation, Jiva has us start by focusing on the breath which is always there to be our anchor. Then she tells you to think about a couple of things you are looking forward to for the day. I am looking forward to making a vegetarian curry in my crockpot for dinner tonight. It has been awhile since I have made this recipe. I am also looking forward to spending the afternoon with my hubby and our 2 dogs going for a walk at one of the parks near our home. As my mind was focusing on these things, I could feel myself smiling and my spirit waking up for the day. Wishing all of you a wonderful day! A guided meditation session
At first, I felt out of it where I had a lot of thoughts about having a video meeting with my speech teacher and now I feel fine and relaxed because I learned that in the session it said about how you feel like you are looking forward to seeing something and that helped my worries and doubts.

My mind went to worries and doubts about whether I would do or complete the yoga I was “looking forward to.” It was a nice reminder to practice the process of recognizing good feelings and inviting those in first. By doing this, it will usually make it easier to be aware and process the why of the negative feelings.

Being nervous is okay. Just find a way to make yourself smile and laugh when you are feeling sad and hurt but others. Don’t listen to what they have to say. Just find time for you to relax and do meditation in the morning. Being calm always helps and the support of others including the ones you love will always be there for you.

Looking forward to an incredible Concept Therapy class today! Seeing our group together again Live and learning more on our Path to Knowledge put a big smile on my face. This is a Great session for setting up your day for a Win! A good reminder from yesterdays class is that we all have an immune system. And unless you have compromised yours, it will keep you healthy during these times! And even if you have, there are easy ways to boost it. Eat 80% veggies, Drink lemon water, stretch & move every day and get 8 hours of sleep every night And as the song goes ... “Don’t worry, be happy!” (It is good for your health!) Have a fantastic Sunday everyone!! ❤️💪🏼🍀

I learned that mindfulness is not a deep trance or magical state of being that comes from nowhere, but that it’s an intentional act of moving oneself back to an anchor point to break the cycles of thought that replay over and over that distort my story and inaccurately change my perceptions. By focusing first on happiness and gratitude, you ensure that your day won’t automatically become a failure if you aren’t as productive as you thought - hey!
