A short and sweet (Do-it-in-bed) meditation to give thanks to that amazing body first thing in the morning. When we sleep and drift away to another realm, our brilliant body continues to rest, relax, restore, rebalance and recuperate. We are so lucky that we are able to sleep peacefully without having to worry about beating our own heart, breathing our own lungs, circulating our own blood & the other million functions that take place while we sleep help our bodies to harmonize & find that peaceful morning vibration. Taking a few minutes to remember the marvelous job your body has done in the night is a great way to start the day off on the right side of the bed and gratitude, positivity, and recognition for your brilliant body!

This meditation is the first thing I’ve heard about thanking the body so simply and accurately. It really got me thinking about how I want to take care of myself. It was just what I never knew I needed to hear.
