This is actually misnamed. It should be called “A GREAT Morning Meditation!” Mesmerizing & Masterfully Mixd with chants & affirmations to get you revved up about being the Master of your breath, your day & your destination!! Powerfully organized to center your energy on here & now! I found myself getting more & more excited about my day as he spoke. A game changer for sure!! Music can play a big role in associating your mood with your breathing. Learned more about meditation than I learned about myself here. The music in combination with the breathing and it’s pace was powerful in helping me focus and lifting my spirits which started out pretty well to begin with.

I have listened to this meditation of few times in the morning. I love everything about it. His voice is soothing and enthusiastic and makes you feel motivated to start the day. Definitely makes me feel hopeful and optimistic about everything... just when I hear his voice combined with the music. Having some stressful moments lately regarding a guy I started seeing. This is a nice way to start the day. It is uplifting and encouraging. Because I am bedridden and confined mostly to my bedroom I don’t have a great deal to look forward to each day. One day is much the same as another. Most of my energy is used just getting food and taking care of the basics. But I need to remember that each day is a new opportunity and feel thankful that I am alive. I should make each day count regardless of my circumstances. Things could be worse. I’m thankful for what I have. Today my electric wheelchair arrives. 😎🌷🌻

Happy New Now! 😃 Each and every day, we are given a blank canvas. We can paint whatever we want to portray whatever we want to the Universe! Breathing in, bringing all of this energy inward while awaking all of my cells with a glowing light, my body became energized. After my body was filled with this beautiful glowing light, I paid it forward via my out breath to shine on everything and everyone in the Universe. With a smile on my face, I know sending out this glowing light...this positive ripple will have an impact on everything and everyone today! Energising meditation
I am learning so much through mediation, another thing I have learned today is how energising it can be! I woke up feeling rather sluggish and could easily fall asleep if I tried, I went and took care of my grandmother and have just come home to make lunch. Doing this meditation has awakened me and filled me with energy. Repetitive energy is the one word I’d use to describe this meditation. It was amazing!

Could Bradley please talk a little slower? It feels like he is rushing through the meditation, which defeats the object of trying to relax & focus on the breathing & visualization. If he made the meditation a few minutes longer & spoke in a more relaxed & slower manner, the meditation would be more relaxing & would accomplish what it sets out to accomplish 🙏🏻❤️

That I do have a choice in how I experience each day...i can choose to anticipate and look forward to daily waking time with eager grateful expectation of an adventure, of feeling my energy and breathing it in and out in an exchange with the world or I can choose to stay mired in my worries and regret...living in the past and fearing the future. This was a very empowering reminder of this choice- and a good day for me to hear it.

Bradley always has a pumped up, drum beating, powerful breathing theme to his meditations and this was right there!! I Love his ‘Happy New “Now”’ attitude. We only have power in the Now & that is what he helps me remember. It is important to have intentions for the future. In fact, we need to decide & act FROM that person we want to be, but we must bring that future power into the Now to apply it. We can & should learn FROM the past, but again we need to bring the wins & learns forward & apply it to our Now situation. And every moment is a new Now. A chance to gather our past & future energies & put them to work for us. While breathing strongly& deeply, I felt the blood moving thru my body like lava in a volcano churning and building up Pressure. By the end of the meditation, I was ready to erupt with excitement & gratitude for the incredible day I am co-creating! Watch out world, here I come...!!! 💪🏼🌋🍀

I had a weekend filled with prolonged intense physical activity, my body is beat up today, but I wanted to change my mood and mindset. It’s tough rolling out of bed very sore and bruised and focusing on your gratitude! This was a perfect session. I usually do longer mindfulness practices, but I had to get my brain centered with other meditations before I could really focus on the present. And here we are! I really enjoy guided meditation. As a beginner in meditation, I have a hard time focusing my attention in the present moment. I should do this more!

What a great way to wake up every morning! I definitely saved this because I feel like it was a really great way to wake up in the morning with the deep breathing and such positive coaching! I really loved it! So much so that I am going to share this with my husband and hopefully catch his attention, to start this journey that I have been on for for about a year. He has not. I felt cleansed from this meditation. Each breath was refreshing. Inhaling and bringing fresh air deep into my lungs and exhaling stale air. I used colors on each breath to help me express the experience of each breath. Inhale is yellow, bright yellow, full of energy yellow. Each exhale was black to expel thoughts and feelings that brought me down.

I learned that I am extremely sensitive or just emotionally driven in all that I do. Even in meditation I feel a ball in my throat and tear fall from my face and I wonder why and how. I’m in a place where I’m suppose to feel calm and peace and steered away from my uncomfortable feelings and emotions and yet, here I am with the most soothing and comforting guidance and my most vulnerability.. I still feel like a wrecking ball. As I’m writing this, I also have to remind myself that I am using these techniques and supports for a reason and that my healing will not happen over night. All in all, I feel some relief and clarity from my experience. Namaste

Thank you for this guided meditation! The background music was a really addition and added to the whole experience. I enjoyed the fluidity of the exercise, and the visualization. It felt more natural than focusing on counting my breaths. I’m ready to take on the day and will come back to this meditation often.
