I like to wake up bright and early, love to hear the world coming to life as the day starts. This meditation reminds me I can take this moment with me to reflect on during the day when it starts to get stressful and hectic. A sort of meditation file that I can recall myself at any moment! Loving myself has been hard in the past. I have picked and berated myself. I now consciously value and praise me. Every day I listen to my inner voice and change the channel to love acceptance and kindness. This I have learned starts as a skill then becomes more automatic and sincere! Namaste 🦋
