For this exercise, we will spend five (5) minutes meditating and five (5) minutes writing. This exercise, especially if practiced regularly, will lead to greater self-awareness and more perspective on emotions and reactivity. It can be challenging to freefall into a writing practice at first, so do your best and stick with it. It will pay off in unexpected and magical ways.
