Rest is not only ok, it is necessary. It is sometimes difficult to justify taking a few minutes relax-especially when you have so many things to do. It may even feel like taking a break is selfish, but the opposite is actually true. Learning to take time for yourself is essential. This short track uses an affirmation to help you take a few minutes out of your day to just rest.
