Create motivating lists
Making lists is one of my daily pursuits. However, I get frustrated when my head is full of things that need to be done, whilst my lists are unorganized, resulting in mood swings, anger, dissapointment and not getting it done. By splitting them up in sections projects and actions, I have a clearer view of time-consuming projects and actions that can be done quite easily.
Strikethrough the task when you’re finished is fulfilling. I should compliment myself more for getting things done and create motivation for myself by seeing this from a positive sight. 💭📋
