Getting Things Done
Lists are important in getting things done...but so is action. I like the suggestion of a Project List and an Action List so as not to be overwhelmed by large tasks (which often leads me to anxiety and sometimes in action.) I do feel a sense of accomplishment when I check something off my list!

Although I know lists are important, I often fail to make time to create them. I will be more mindful of action items vs projects.

There’s a better way!
I like the idea of having a separate list for different things. Categorizing does make more sense, more organized. Writing things down on paper that I need to get off my mind really does help. I have done this a few times in the past but maybe I should make a habit of doing this more frequently. It sounds like a good way to clear the mind to make room for more important things.

Love this! I already make lists but somehow never thought about separating them in this fashion.

Action
I learned more about breaking things down into lists and embracing my list habits but in a way that doesn’t stress me out even more.

I am a really big procrastinator, but I learned that if I break things up into little tasks I will do them more effectively, because I know it does feel good to finish something.

The one thing that needs to be at the top of all my lists is “REMEMBER TO BREATHE!”

See, help from the universe already beginning! I wrote all of these suggestions down. Even though I have never been a good list maker, I think I’m capable of learning. Learning how to break things down is the first thing I will need to accomplish; I can see the roadmap to breaking the cycle of procrastination. I already know this is going to require some time while it is also actionable.

Getting it done
I learned that it’s easier to do things for the day or week if you do break them down into a project or action. I am a big procrastinator so I’m still learning how to do things ahead of time in order to not be stressed last minute :)
