Getting Things Done
Lists are important in getting things done...but so is action. I like the suggestion of a Project List and an Action List so as not to be overwhelmed by large tasks (which often leads me to anxiety and sometimes in action.) I do feel a sense of accomplishment when I check something off my list!

Although I know lists are important, I often fail to make time to create them. I will be more mindful of action items vs projects.

There’s a better way!
I like the idea of having a separate list for different things. Categorizing does make more sense, more organized. Writing things down on paper that I need to get off my mind really does help. I have done this a few times in the past but maybe I should make a habit of doing this more frequently. It sounds like a good way to clear the mind to make room for more important things.

Lists
Love this! I already make lists but somehow never thought about separating them in this fashion.

Action
I learned more about breaking things down into lists and embracing my list habits but in a way that doesn’t stress me out even more.

I am a really big procrastinator, but I learned that if I break things up into little tasks I will do them more effectively, because I know it does feel good to finish something.

The one thing that needs to be at the top of all my lists is “REMEMBER TO BREATHE!”

See, help from the universe already beginning! I wrote all of these suggestions down. Even though I have never been a good list maker, I think I’m capable of learning. Learning how to break things down is the first thing I will need to accomplish; I can see the roadmap to breaking the cycle of procrastination. I already know this is going to require some time while it is also actionable.

Getting it done
I learned that it’s easier to do things for the day or week if you do break them down into a project or action. I am a big procrastinator so I’m still learning how to do things ahead of time in order to not be stressed last minute :)

Great instructional guide
This guide had some great tips on how to get things done. It gave me some ideas on how to literally organize my to-dos and in turn my thoughts. I need some meditation in addition to this...is it possible to be addicted to meditation?

Create motivating lists
Making lists is one of my daily pursuits. However, I get frustrated when my head is full of things that need to be done, whilst my lists are unorganized, resulting in mood swings, anger, dissapointment and not getting it done. By splitting them up in sections projects and actions, I have a clearer view of time-consuming projects and actions that can be done quite easily. Strikethrough the task when you’re finished is fulfilling. I should compliment myself more for getting things done and create motivation for myself by seeing this from a positive sight. 💭📋

Stuff on stuff on stuff
I hate this type of thing, structure I think its called. Routine and tasks bore me way too easily but i checked myself when i started thinking that and need to be consistent in my life and lists do sound like a decent place to start... 🙃

Great tips on how to develop a list of things you need to do and making efforts to simplify your list. Most important taking things off your list and celebrating your accomplishments.

List
I learned that the key to getting things done is to put categories on your to do lists, and most importantly get them done. I also just felt really relaxed during this meditation by realizing that I have been working very hard, almost too, hard in school.

Category list
I have tried sorting my to do list, but in a slightly different way than suggested here. I want to try this method now. I also find that doing a list for the week helps me more than a daily list. I note the day I hope to do it, but it stays on there to see if I can’t. It helps me spread out the work.

To-Do List Categorization
I like the idea of categorizing your to-do list to not feel overloaded on stuff you feel you need to accomplish. A couple of ideas she recommends is making an Action list which these are things that need to get taken care of now. Then making a Project list for your bigger tasks. Great workable tips to fit into your everyday life.

Getting this done!
I make lists everyday and I never stopped to think about relating them together!! Then delegate this tasks that I am weaker in as well as lean into the tasks that I feel stronger in.

Opened my eyes.
I learned that I have been doing this slightly with lists but I get trapped in combining projects and actions. Like stated you don’t get your projects done and you feel like you aren’t getting them accomplished. This opened my eyes to make separate lists to improve my productivity and motivation! Perfect timing 🙏🏼🙌🏽

Yes to categories
Categorizing my lists will help so much! Just never thought of that! Actions, projects, call list etc... gonna give it a shot!
