Using the mantra “I am Here” to be present in the here and now. It is amazing how our mind will adapt to find ways to work even while using the mantra. It is kind of scary, how strong willed our minds can be.
I found that this meditation easily brought me back to the moment. Instead of worrying about the past or the future I was able to be in the now. Something I need to do more of. Thank you 🥰
