Using the mantra “I am Here” to be present in the here and now. It is amazing how our mind will adapt to find ways to work even while using the mantra. It is kind of scary, how strong willed our minds can be.
I found that this meditation easily brought me back to the moment. Instead of worrying about the past or the future I was able to be in the now. Something I need to do more of. Thank you 🥰
The Power of Being in the Moment
During the meditation I felt I was not quite there yet - experiencing the power of “I Am Here”. My brain agrees with the notion but my being is not quite there yet. But I felt I was nearing the cusp where the logic, the emotion, and belief would have the singularity. I think when I get to that point and sustain that singularity I will be a happier creature.
I like the word I like the feeling of being stable of grounded of standing in my own 2 feet of feeling the strength￼ Taking a step adds a whole new dimension

We only exist in the present moment. Not the future or the past. We cannot change what has already happened and we take away from the present by worrying about the future. This was a gentle reminder of that
I totally relaxed and took a brief nap listening to this presentation.

Using this will help me be aware what is around me at the moment to enjoy what I have in this beautiful world
While centering myself and focusing on my breath, repeating I Am Here enhanced my ability to be present! I really liked the way Cass’ voice helped to bring my mind to place of calm!
I felt the stress lift off my shoulders about midway through this session.
