I invite you to find a comfortable and supported position where you feel safe and can rest your body. We will use the sounding waves of gongs to wash over you and stimulate your vagus nerve for a more profound sense of rest and well-being. Close your eyes while listening, or keep a soft, unfocused gaze on a distant point if you feel comfortable. Focus your attention on the soundwaves and let your thoughts gently float by.
