Feeling connected 🌄
feeling my body sink down into the ground with each exhale made me feel connected to something. Than imaging roots growing from my back and feet felt comforting and more solidly connected. Over all I found this session simple and effective.

I felt my body sinking with each breath, and I was able to focus on the points of contact that my body had with the chair in which I was sitting. That grounded feeling was comforting.

This was definitely a more simplistic form of meditation. There was no clear goal, which is sort of nice when you really think about it; you can apply the practice to whatever you’re dealing with and make your own additions and tweaks. 🌳

By allowing myself to seep through my physical contacts I can create an extension of myself beyond the body almost as if I were remaining buoyant in the sea of my life neither floating to the surface nor sinking into the depths. Just constant and steady.

I liked the idea of sinking and planting roots in the ground on the exhales. It was easy to visualize and connect with.

Today I felt irritated at work and I brought that mood home with me. This meditation was able to help me breathe and ground myself and my thoughts. I was able to get my mind off the irritation and connect it to my breathing, which was helpful.

I love this meditation. Having roots that go into the ground really helps me feel more solid and helps my root chakra. I have struggled with stability and security for a while, well pretty much my whole life in one aspect or another and this meditation really helps me connect with not only the issue, my root chakra as well. Which is nice. I really enjoyed exhaling and feeling my weight sink into the ground. I felt really grounded and deeper within myself. 😊

Visualizing roots growing from my body’s point of contact into the ground was helpful to settling my mind down. I was feeling aggravated over a certain situation and now I’ve let go of it. I also felt some anxiety over something that’s coming up in the near future that I know will be stressful. I can now put that aside and focus on things I need to do today. I definitely feel more grounded, relaxed and calm. Thanks 🙏 Aura

Visualizing roots helps one to feel more connected with the earth. I’ve been stressed about many things lately, worried about a major changer that’s coming, and this has helped me to calm down and understand that my roots are strong. Relax and everything will be okay 🍃
