The sleep meditation gently guides you through the process of relaxing body, mind and heart, to help you drift off to peaceful sleep. You will be asked to visualize a beautiful star-filled sky into which you will release any thoughts that may prevent slumber. I was still wide awake after listening to this talk/track. I listened a second time and still awake…I think I was just to short for me plus I was stressed when I went to bed.
