Gentle Yoga Before Bed

This track will talk you through a gentle yoga series of stretches before bed to help ease your body into a sense of relaxation and calm. The poses are done seated and lying down. If you have a yoga mat, feel free to use it on the ground and start seated on the mat, or feel free to do the seated poses in a chair and move to the bed with the lying-down poses.
