Finding Anxiety
When I relaxed I could find where my anxiety was coming from. I could feel it in my chest. So I Just breathed through it once I felt where it was.

Emotional
I've been emotional all weekend and I'm not sure if it's due to me having to return back to work soon. Work environment is stressful on top of being in the middle of a divorce and my spouse and I also working together. I don't feel anxious right now but I've already cried this morning. There's forgiveness towards myself for engaging in this relationship knowing I should not have but there's a part that I can't get past; the spouse not understanding or seeing the part they played and it makes me angry. I'm feeling a lot of different emotions right now and I feel like I'm going backwards from when I originally went out on leave in July.

Emotion
I like this one because it teaches us to give our anxiety/stress an identify. It's recognising it's there, it's physical feeling and it's difficultly for it to go away, so what we do instead is learn to feel it, recognise it, pin point it, and take control of it. It enables us to be ore strategic, rather than letting it rule us. Even though it may not go away, we are at least able to give it an identify and remember that we are in control, not it.

I learn where my anxiety lives.
I learned that my anxiety lives in my upper stomach. I learned how to connect with it and feel it. I felt my body relaxed. It felt like something warm went through my shoulders to my hands to my entire body.

Gentle Release
I must get into touch with an emotion I’m feeling and where I can physically feel that emotion. Then I must simply breathe into it and have a gentle release.

It’s alright in amidst your busy day to take a moment, breath, be oneself, and start living again from where you paused.

Relieving Stress
It amazes me how the breath can be focused so the pain in one spot can simply go away...I suppose that's what Lamaze was built upon!

I hold a lot of stress in my upper right shoulder. It can feel like a knot wound up so tight. It was nice to take some time and focus on trying to release some of that pressure

Location
I learned that identifying where my body is physically harboring an emotion is the first step to understanding what I am experiencing and how better to cope with it. Not forcing it away, but objectively seeing it, accepting it, and identifying the issue.

Emotion and the Body
I learned tension can be a painful thing to struggle with, but can be easily managed with focused breathing and allowing oneself to just breath and feel how ever you want to feel

Accepting what comes
Sometimes my actions and responses create anxiety which I feel in my physical body. To take a moment to sit with that and breathe into it, not change it, requires a level of bravery that seems elusive to me. Yet after a session off practice I do feel braver and more clear eyed about my choices and decisions.

Widen my breadth of acceptance
It’s ok to let the anxiety or ‘negative’ emotions just be there, along with everything else. They are a part of me. They will subside when they are acknowledged and ready.

Feelings have hidden powers.
Feelings have hidden powers. That can be used to help diagnose physical ailments. Once the original stressor is identified, you can work on alleviating it.

Accepting.
Being present with your emotions truly lets you release what has been building up. Recognising and accepting. Once you acknowledge it really does pass. Released. :)

Releasing...
While tying up some loose ends at work before taking 2 weeks off, I noticed I had also tied up some knots in myself. Over packing a van full of stuff and driving in pounding rain for a few hours may have made them a little tighter. After arriving safely at my parents place & starting to relaxed, I became aware I of this tension in my mid section. But Aura strikes back! Just before going to bed I listened to a crisp and soothing voice ... she had me breathing into my knotty belly, blowing Gentle Energy into the layers of binders, making them loose enough to start to release their grip. A few more breaths and they basically gave up their hold & vanished! Poof... gone!! Very usefull tool/skill to develop for when needed! Many Thanks again Aura!! ❤️✌🏼

Acknowledging Emotions
There’s comfort in knowing i can acknowledge an emotion yet not invite it to stay or push it away and by acknowledging it, it may retreat on its own.

It's okay to feel
I learned that I don't need to hide my emotions. I don't need to not feel. I need to take care of myself. I need to take care of the feelings I feel, let myself feel them, and help ease what hurts with awareness of my feelings and of awareness of myself. It's okay mags, to feel this way, what's not okay is to let these feelings destroy you. Let them build you into a stronger woman. You can do this. Don't give up.

Breathe into it

Tried. Failed.
My anxiety is manifesting physically as a switch in my toes and feet. I can't seem to still them. I tried to envision ”breathing in” to that area of my body to no avail. I think my day was just too overwhelming. Busy tomorrow, need some rest. NOW.
