Gentle breathing
Sometimes I get so caught up in focusing on my breath that I tense up other muscles. During today’s practice I was able to soften and relax when I caught myself tensing.

I was following this meditation with someone and we were both breathing with our chest and deep and our hands were a little hot, but as time passed we were breathing through our belly like the balloon as said and slowly. Thank you, Aura!😀 Have a nice day, Everyone!

Has detonated a big change in me. I am getting rid of all the stuff I don't need, beginning with my extensive book collection. The liberation, lightness, relief, and lucidity I am experiencing prove that minimalists such as Fumio Sasaki are right: dispossessing from all the stuff I don't need gives me time, space, energy, and freedom. I learned that I am a just cheat breather. And that imagining my stomach as a balloon filling up and deflating is helpful. Focusing on the touch/feeling of my hands is easy for my to enter mindfulness.

I really like her voice. I had a hard time understanding some of what she said which got me to really dial in and listen to what she was guiding me to do. I realized I am shying away from challenging things. It usually starts with small things, like not wanted to practice meditation because it can be challenging, and leads to bigger things. I’m not sure I want to try challenging things anymore. It feels like most things are becoming challenging and there is no relax time. Which explains all the tension I have been feeling. It’s great to have insight :) Frustrating when you aren’t yet sure how to heal it or move forward with it.

During the session I felt it was a bit hard to understand her, but I loved that I was able to listen and just take a moment to breathe away any stress or negative thoughts/feelings and just refocus my life on my breathing.

Soothing for the soul
Imagining that I was taking a breath in through a whole between my eyebrows was easy and calming. It made me feel like I was clearing my head out with every breath. It was like wind pushing thoughts out of my head, it was very refreshing. Focusing on how my hands felt as I touched them together was interesting because, until it was suggested that I think about it I really didn’t feel that sensation. This meditation helped me get in touch with my feelings and the breathing was soothing for my soul. Thanks Irene 🙏

This meditation made it easy to focus my breathing on different parts of my body, although focusing on that spot between my eyebrows took a little doing. Irene’s way of presenting her meditations always makes me feel so loved. 🙏❤️

I found her pleasant voice very mesmerizing... She had me feeling my 3rd eye area intensifying until it popped open and I started breathing thru it. Very neat & unique feeling! Then she had me focus on my finger tips which started to heat up from their combined energy, heat & pressure until they melted together. This completed my energy thru my arms and back up to my breathing 3rd eye. Overall, a vey relaxing session!! ✌🏼❤️

I felt at peace with this meditation. Her voice was calming. I love that she had us focus on breathing through our third eye. There’s something indescribable about it. She had us focus on our hands and where our breath was coming from too. The combination of it all was soothing. I’d love to have this as a much longer meditation.

I was having a bit of a stressful day at work (I would be say a minor stress) and so I decided to re-listen to this moment again. I felt much much calmer and more at ease afterwards, like the day feels brand new to me. I would highly recommend listening to this (or just re-listening to previous moments for everyone) Also, want to say thank you to Irene for uploading this as well. ☺️

I learned very early the importance of it. I know what it is like to not have enough. I respect it’s power. But, in and of itself, as a means to boost my status, as a vehicle to attain happiness through buying stuff, has never interested me very much. When I look back on the things in my life I am most proud of they all boil down to something else; With developing my talents and skills, with putting myself to good use making a positive difference in the lives of others, with the small contributions I’ve been fortunate enough to make. I must admit that sometimes having enough money has made all the difference. which is why I respect it. That said, the things that I most cherish simply cannot be bought.

I had a very busy afternoon at work that had me wanting to pull my hair out at times. Lol! Once I got home I just needed a little time out to regroup before finishing cooking dinner.
