Sometimes I get so caught up in focusing on my breath that I tense up other muscles. During today’s practice I was able to soften and relax when I caught myself tensing.
Focus for a few minutes.
On your breath and body in the here and now...gentle use your breath
Just as I was I am now thank my mind as calm sea water flood that now and mind only exists here
