Get access to your source of unconditional Love. This vibration of energy is the pure essence of being and is the light in times that seem dark and difficult. Whenever we feel heavy, overwhelming, or draining emotions, we can come back to ourselves, anchor with our breath, and release the identification with those emotions. To see these emotions as visitors, or smoke, or rain clouds, not rejecting, simply observing their coming and letting them go. The practice of breathing gently out through the mouth connects us with our heart. Using the intention of releasing to detach from those heavy emotions and return to the lightness, radiance, and clarity of the true heart-essence within.
