A simple session, inviting you to notice your breath. About the only takeaway for me is that I am, indeed, not dead (again, yet). No major insights gained here.

By remaining Focused on our breathing we are allowing our mind to be free from the distractions & often disturbing thoughts from the media & the overload of information bombarding us on a continuous basis. This is a good reminder why mindfulness is needed more today than ever before!
