In this spiritual meditation, let the past be the past, clear out old habits, clear out old ideas and beliefs and create a NEW self-image. Learn how to be who you want to be NOW, free to reinvent yourself. How can we clear out past mistakes and issues? How can we become free to be our best selves and not be held back? How can we clear away the limitations we’ve become trapped in? How can we feel clean and pure again?

Past is Powerful
I’m not sure if I can release the past. I have this notion that the past may keep me from making more mistakes
Letting go makes room…
I learned that letting GO makes room for letting IN….letting go frees up our internal habitat to welcome in the magic that breathes us into a beautiful new life.
Freedom from the past. Visualizing the remnants of the past being boxed up and taken away was wonderful. I enjoyed the steps. Like deciding yes, I can release them now.
I can put all the things that are holding me back, troubling me, all my mistakes and put them in a box, seal it. I can give them to my God who is always waiting to take the burdens if I can just trust him
I noticed
I noticed that yesterday there were a lot of feeling that popped up around my son and how I’ve dealt with the situation. The pain of the past, my suicide attempt and really why I couldn’t let that identity go. As I’m working through this journey I need clear reminders for what I actually can control. Todays practice was about forgiving myself enough to let go of past mistakes and experiences and expectations that were unfulfilled. There are new fights ahead and more that o want to be open for. Clearing some space this morning was the meditation I needed today. Thank you universe
It feels wonderful to be in a meditation such as this. I want to make this a daily practice. I didn’t realize just how much of my daily life is being hijacked by my past.
