This morning meditation will guide you to free yourself from the past as you feel the freedom in the release. Take a deep breath, and with each inhale, allow yourself to soften into the present moment. Feel your body gently sinking, as if you are being held in the comfort of this space. Let go of any tension with your next exhale, allowing your body to relax even further. Now, bring your attention to your mind. Notice the thoughts that drift in and out. Notice any lingering thoughts about the past—the things that have happened, the experiences you carry with you.
