This morning meditation will guide you to free yourself from fear as you begin to feel lighter and freer. Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, begin to settle into your space. Feel the weight of your body gently sinking into the surface beneath you. Let yourself relax and let go. Take another deep breath, and with each breath, feel the tension melting away. Let your body soften, your mind quiet. Now, bring your awareness inward, noticing any areas of tightness or discomfort. Notice where fear may be lingering—whether it’s in your chest, your stomach, or your heart.
