Breath, Body, Sounds, and Thoughts are the four stages of mindful attention within this meditation. This sitting practice is ideal for people who have already gained some practice with meditations on the breath and body; on a Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy course, this meditation is introduced in session four, halfway through the course. Itโ€™s a meditation ideally suited to deepening your practice at any time, or keeping you connected with your practice, for example, if you tend to sit for short periods during the week and do longer practices such as this one at the weekends.

Breathing๐Ÿ˜”Body๐Ÿ˜ Mind๐Ÿ˜žThoughts๐Ÿ˜–Upset
My Body seems weak. Breathing is ok. Trying to relax have a lot of things in my thoughts and in my mind. I'm hopeful that I can be in a better mood. I've been upset since yesterday. It's hard to snap out of it. I know it will pass. Sucks when you can't get your mind off of being upset. I am worn out I guess Emotionally. Breathing is relaxing me but I can't concentrate. It is not good when a Married Couple is upset with one another. My husband is out of town for the next 4days at Work. Of course since were both upset we're not Communicating which is only making it worse. I just feel bad. Hopefully a good nights sleep Will do me some good day 1 is almost over and more 3days starting tomorrow hopefully they will been busy he come so I'm every Thursday Morning๐Ÿ˜žI welcome anybody's opinion. Thank you my Aura Family for not judging me. On a brighter note the Sun will come out Tomorrow

Four stage meditation
This was a new experience for me and I liked it. My mind wandered all over the place. And about halfway through I even thought that I might be too restless to finish. but I kept on going. I feel good now and confident that my knowledge of mindfulness is growing.

A good start
I was nervous to try this one. I havenโ€™t been on aura much these days but have definitely needed some guidance. This was actually a very grounding meditation, very calming. My mind has been wandering endlessly but this was the first time in a while where I really practiced tranquility with myself. I like this one for the morning ~

I love this meditation as it brings your awareness to the sensations of the breathe, touch, sound, and mind. Calming your mind and allowing you to sharpen your focus on the now. Superb meditation!
