This morning meditation will help you find that place of peace inside and hold that place of relaxation as you forgive wrongdoing. Take a minute and find your center. Find that place of peace inside. Hold that space. Take a deep breath, and feel it push gently into your center, opening and relaxing it. Keep holding that place of relaxation. Imagine, if you can, a time when you felt wronged. Remember it and how you felt.
