Slow and steady in forgiveness
I feel that little by little I am letting go of resentment towards who hurt me, and now I can bear to think about forgiving my self for feeling this way. I hope I will some day feel my heart clean and luminous again. Thank you, this meditation helped me to get a little closer to that goal.

Resentment
I harbor a lot of resentment towards my partner and I need to focus on forgiving past hurts in order to move forward

Not My Cup of Tea
I began this meditation expecting to release resentment towards my mother and learn forgiveness. I learned very little from this meditation. The narrator mumbled most of the time, making it difficult to understand his words. Also, he spoke quickly, leaving no time in-between sentences to reflect and learn. If anything, this meditation fanned my anger and resentment towards my mother.

Forgive yourself
I learned that it didn't do much for me, but someone else may take it differently.

Space
I learnt that giving myself space inside my thoughts and feelings can help with forgiveness. It can ease strong emotions that i have carried around like a super hero that no longer serves my purpose in life, this the can open me up for some longer over due change. :)another "aha" moment ๐Ÿ‘
