Following The Golden Light For Sleep

In this 15-minute progressive mindfulness body scan, we imagine filling the room with golden light and then slowly bringing it into our bodies from the feet and towards the head. We learn to let go and to follow the light inside our bodies, relaxing and noticing how it feels. We are not forcing ourselves to get to sleep or giving ourselves any expectations. Just permission to lie here, breathe, and be embraced by the calm loving golden light, falling deeper and deeper and opening our bodies to relaxation.
