This morning meditation will guide you to follow what lights you up and brings you joy. Begin by finding a comfortable place where you can relax. Allow your body to settle into the support beneath you, and gently close your eyes. Take a deep breath in, filling your lungs with air… and slowly exhale, releasing any tension, any thoughts, any distractions. Now, bring your awareness to your heart center, the place where your true light resides. Feel the gentle warmth there, the quiet spark that has always been within you.
