A wonderful tool
"We (every one of us) have a wonderful tool for working with the waves of life" - and our guide in this meditation has a lovely, mellifluous voice that gently reminds us to use it. "Breathe, pause at the top of the inhale ..." Yes. A wonderful tool. Overlooked sometimes because it seems too simple. But the best tools are. May your day out on the ocean of life be a lovely one 🙂

This one may have been my favorite so far. It made me feel less pressure, and reminded me that I have to go with the flow. This meditation let me know that the waves in my mind and life are a completely normal part of my human experience. It made it seem less scary or as big of a problem when seen in that light.
