In modern-day society, we hyper-focus on what's going wrong in the world. While it's important to know about the truth, there is no healthy balance and we are taught to focus on people's flaws and who we aren't. How about we focus on who we are? How about we focus on what is good in the world some more and notice how good we feel afterward. there's a reason this world is going through such emotional turmoil at the moment. The narrative is separated from our true nature, the truth that we are good souls in difficult circumstances. Many of our problems can be solved by focusing on our good traits, so let's meditate on this today
