In this meditation, I learned how to focus my attention. I did this , by picturing my focused attention as a yellow light behind my eyes. Visualization helped me to stay engaged during the practice. As the life coach suggested in the session, I originally found the simple instructions this practice very hard to follow . However, once I was able to Focus, I found myself much calmer and more clearheaded than before I did this practice. I am grateful to those who work for this App for putting this track together. Thank you for showing me a quick method of regaining focus on the present moment. I will definitely use this technique in future distracting situations.
