IS a meditation about keeping the peace and space
in your own mind.
This meditation was so relaxing. I truly felt a part of my visualization. Remembering that other people’s problems are not my own. Next time I am faced with this I will visualize my bird flying me away from the problem. I am at peace flying high in the sky far away from the stress.

Observing the discomfort
Interesting how I find it a little uncomfortable to wish kindness or peace towards myself. Some story within me still sees it as selfish or narcissistic. I’m always curious what my ego is trying to protect me from with that story? Why wouldn’t she want me to feel worthy of kindness or peace? Does that help me stay small and safe?
I am able to connect with the desire of bringing more peace into my life. I am open to breaking old stories that keep my life small.
Grateful for my senses
There are many things to be grateful for that I usually take for granted
Acceptance and Self Love
I am enough just as I am......I am worthy and I accept myself just as I am!

Just the beginning?
I think this 3-minute mediation is just the first few minutes of a longer one....I never got to fly! :(
I was enjoying this and was bummed when it got cut short.
