This morning meditation will guide you to flow freely into the day and stop holding on so tightly. Close your eyes, dear one, and take a deep breath in. Feel the gentle expansion in your chest, the rise of your belly, the way your breath naturally knows how to move through you without force, without effort. And as you exhale, let your body release anything it's holding too tightly. You don’t have to brace yourself for the day ahead. You don’t have to carry yesterday’s weight or tomorrow’s worries. This moment, this breath, is an invitation to soften.
