Emotions as clouds moving across the sky
All Emotions as clouds. Can be dark, heavy or light and thin or any combination there-of. Emotions are hurt in movement - they come and go. Imagine looking at cloud pattern movements across the earth to understand this more deeply and to allow for a more visceral visualization exercise.

Feelings
Being sad isn’t a permanent feeling. Because emotions come and emotions go and I’ll be okay in the end.

Fear
At the beginning I felt fear. Fear for the future, for my present situation. During the meditation I felt calm and at peace. After the meditation I feel as if I can go to sleep with a more positive mindset of the future.

Changed
I learned that even though I am feeling an emotion it’s not a scary thing and can be easily changed once there is an understanding why it exists.

Day 4
I learned that it is OK to be in the moment. When you allow yourself to feel the feeling, truly understand where it’s coming from, then you are able to let it go. I think at work, which is the cause of a lot of my stress, I may not be able to fully let go of an emotion in that moment but if I understand it I cannot actively look for a game plan to handle the situation that is causing the emotional response.

When it rains, it pours
I noticed my first emotion to be disappointment. As i imagined watching it as a big grey cloud from a hill top, it turned darker and bigger and then a rain poured down from the cloud. I noticed sadness resides at the center of my chest. I continued to watch the rainy clouds, moving away and just be at the present with the rain. I remembered how i used to love rain, to be quiet and hear what the rain speaks of. I felt better afterwards. I learned how to let my emotion speaks to me, and to listen to it, and watch it flow away.

i learned that
you can’t choose what happens to you, but you can choose how to *react* to what happens to you

Be Present
My feelings/emotions are not wrong. I must allow myself to feel and feel in the present. No need to fear my emotions.

Cloud
I learned that whatever I’m feeling whether it be sadness, anger, or anxiety; that it will always come at a very inconvenient time but always pass. And to picture whatever I’m feeling as a cloud and stare at it until the sun comes up.

healing with emotions
today i felt as if i haven’t been able to tune everything else out and focus on meditation. this might have been why i didn’t learn much and it didn’t improve my mood in any way. i still feel sad and angry, i just know a little bit more about it. i can most likely tune back in tomorrow and retry this.

If only he would drift away 👉💨
This feeling that keeps returning is sometimes anger, sometimes frustration or both. Right now it’s just frustration and I know how I can make this frustrating situation work. It’s all a matter of timing. I should wait for a while when it’s a financially better time, but in the meantime I’m losing precious sleep and that’s spoiling my one day off. Trying to let it go like it’s a cloud drifting by isn’t going to work because it’s a person on the other side of my bedroom wall. He drifts off, but he doesn’t drift away and I wish he would so I could get some sleep!!!☹️

False hope
It’s one thing to say to live the emotion at the time it shows. But it’s another when the feeling is constant , Day in , day out . Mine is sadness ! Day in , day out. I wish he would just let go of this attitude he has and just be my true friend again. Come back to me please, I’m not leaving , I can’t. We’ve been through everything together as friends, I’ve told you everything about me and no one else. Just talk to me please , why is that so hard to do ? What have I done so wrong ? It’s my fault isn’t it ? I can’t help caring for you , or being a friend. I’m sorry !!! 😭😭😭😭

Emotional core 🌤
Second day in a row listening to this one! My clouds today were lite and wispy. This hits an emotional core with me and I think I’ll be revisiting it time and time again. Thanks Cindy! 🐬

Embracing Emotions
Thank you for the recommendation of this Life Coaching session, Cyndee! I liked the concept of taking the time to embrace the emotions, while envisioning them as various types of clouds. I appreciated the reminder that some clouds ☁️ ⛅️ 🌦⛈ float across the sky and others are dark and heavy, moving slowly. Such a great analogy! I will be listening to this again. 🙏🌺

Clouds in our lives
I feel like this was perfect for my feelings my children and I have been feeling lately. We have many emotions through the day, looking at these as clouds that will pass rather than dwelling them is a perfect way to let you know God is there to help you and struggle will not stay unless you dwell in it and make it stay! What a way to stay my day wonderfully!

Emotions
I store emotions in my stomach- emotions go there. And then the tensions goes to my head and neck. Need to release that.

Be aware
As human beings, we are beings that feel beyond the physical aspect -we also have emotions... but what happens when we allow the emotions to be rather chaotic? In this meditation it’s advised to just allow our emotions the moment, but to not let it settle. Remember that with one emotion, many more can be released as well. It is our duty to keep them at bay because emotions come and go.

Emotions are not bad things
I should not fear emotions. They are a part of me, even negative ones. I need to acknowledge their presence, but then let them drift away like clouds until the sky is filled with light. It’s all about mindset.

I realise that negative thoughts sit in my solar plexus causing me discomfort. Panic. Also interferes with my breathing. When I breathe properly and deeply the panic sensation subsides.

I notice that I am overwhelmed with disappointment in myself, anger towards him and beneath I am anxious, rageful . Moments like this I am now affirming myself that his abuse was NOT MY FAULT!
I learned that, no matter what, I have to let go in order to heal. First step being forgiveness.

Flooded by Emotions
Noticing emotions without attaching any judgement to them allows you to figure out more, important information. Where is this feeling stored? How large is it? What is your brain trying to tell you?
